Standard Features

Uniform Call Distribution — allows you to define
the routing of calls made to the same toll-free number so that
calls can be distributed evenly to multiple locations.

Time of Day Routing — allows you to have calls
to the same toll-free number routed to different locations based
on what time of day the call is made.

Day of Week Routing — allows you to have calls
to the same toll-free number routed to different locations based
on what day of the week the call is made.
Custom Features

Exchange Routing — allows you to define call routing
from all exchanges in your area codes. Calls to the same toll-free
number are routed differently based on the originating area
code and exchange of the caller.

Call Prompt — allows you to have calls to the same
toll-free number routed to one of several routing alternatives,
directing the caller to input prompted digits or a preset code.

Closest Location Routing — allows you to have calls
to the same toll-free number routed to one of several routing
alternatives, based on the caller's location.
- Zip Code Routing — allows you to have calls to the
same toll-free number routed to one of several routing alternatives,
directing the caller to input their Zip Code.
